WHAT IS LIBERATING BREATHWORK?

The origin of conscious breathing can be traced back thousands of years and linked to the pranayama breathing of ancient Indian yogis, the shamanistic rituals of South America, Australia and Africa, as well as the Chinese qi gong practices.

For millennia, conscious breathing techniques have been used to cleanse the body and mind to achieve balance and harmony in consciousness.

Modern breathwork began in the 1960s through holotropic and "rebirth" breath therapies. The rediscovered and tested techniques of that era paved the way for the spiritual awakening and healing that was so desperately thirsted for.
