Recommendations for Floating

Each person's session is different, and what others say may turn out differently for you. Don't create any specific expectations, come and have a powerful experience

This provides your body with complete freedom and is more relaxing. Our floating room is entirely private, and the shower room is located next to the cabin.

If you struggle with relaxation or clearing your mind, focus on your breathing and feel how it helps

Relaxation may take time during your first float, but try to forget about the clock and enjoy your session.

As Floating is a relatively new service in Estonia, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions. We hope you find your answers here!

FAQ

You don't need to bring anything, as we provide ecological shower products, a towel, earplugs, and a neck pillow.

If you prefer, you can bring your own cosmetic products like deodorant, face cream, comb, etc. We recommend floating naked.

Above all, an open and expectation-free attitude is essential for the upcoming session - it's best not to rely on others' experiences. Each person's experience is unique. A couple of hours before coming, it is advisable to avoid stimulants such as coffee and energy drinks, not to come on an empty or full stomach, and on the same day, it is recommended not to shave or wax – salty water can cause skin irritation. People who have recently dyed their hair should not come to prevent the color from leaking into the water (you can come if the hair-washing water is clear, and if needed, we can provide a swimming cap).

Floating is very suitable for rehabilitation as the bathwater contains a large amount of magnesium, and magnesium has a restoring effect.

What should I bring with me?

What else should I consider when planning to come for a float?

Can floating be used for rehabilitation purposes?

How often should I go floating?

How many times should I attend breathwork sessions to experience noticeable changes in my life?

You may already feel changes after the first session. We have observed that the initial shifts occur during 4-6 sessions. For more significant changes, it is recommended to attend guided breathwork sessions at least 10 times.

The number of sessions generally depends on how deep of a personal work and purification you aim for. Sometimes breaking through defense mechanisms may take more time.

Even daily! However, for optimal results, a weekly floating session is recommended, as a week represents a typical cycle with its highs and lows, and a pleasant floating session fits perfectly into that rhythm.

Do I need to share anything during group breathwork sessions?

No, you don't have to. Sharing at the end of the session is completely voluntary.

I didn't experience emotions. Does that mean I didn't release anything?"

Release doesn't only happen as emotions but also as physical sensations in the body. When we feel strong waves of heat/cold, tingling, etc., it indicates the release of deep-seated tensions in the body.

For whom are these services intended?

Absolutely anyone can find some benefit from these services, but Floating is particularly helpful for athletes to replenish magnesium levels, for pregnant women to alleviate prenatal pain, and for individuals overwhelmed by stress in their lives.
